Lopez shared, “I’m currently in the best shape of my life. Back in my 20s and 30s, I used to exercise, but not with the same intensity as I do now. It’s not about working out more frequently; it’s about working out harder and more efficiently. And the best part is, it doesn’t take me as much time as it used to.” Lopez is a proud mother of twins Max and Emme.

The conversation started when her ex-fiance Ben Affleck jokingly asked, “Where are you hiding the fountain of youth? How come you look just as good as you did back in 2003 while I seem to be aging faster than usual?”. In response, Lopez, who is currently working on the film Marry Me alongside Owen Wilson, mentioned, “I don’t have any secrets to looking young except for JLo Beauty – and I share all my tips with everyone through my products. Ben is quite the comedian! He’s aging pretty well too.”
